The ticket is valid for single admission only, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Any manipulation, alteration, photocopying, reproduction or use of the ticket for advertising, promotional or unauthorised purposes is strictly prohibited.

If a ticket cannot be validated, has been altered, duplicated or already used, access will be denied.

In the event of duplicate codes, only the first ticket correctly validated will be considered valid.

The Organiser is not responsible for tickets purchased outside official sales channels.

2. NOMINATIVE TICKETS

Tickets may be nominative where expressly indicated during the purchase process.

The Organiser may request official identification to verify the ownership of the ticket.

  • are clearly under the influence of alcohol or drugs,

  • access unauthorised areas.

Once the event has started, access may be restricted in accordance with specific event rules.

Access is prohibited with:

  • weapons or dangerous objects,

  • illegal substances,

  • glass or potentially harmful materials,

  • pyrotechnic material,

Audio or video recording inside the venue is prohibited without the express authorisation of the Organiser.

By accessing the event, attendees consent to the capture of images and/or videos in which they may appear, which may be used by Dantz for informational, documentary and promotional purposes, without financial compensation.

Images will be used in a contextual and respectful manner, in accordance with applicable data protection and image rights regulations.

6. CHANGES, REFUNDS AND WITHDRAWAL

As a general rule, no changes or refunds are accepted once the ticket has been purchased.

However, the Organiser may assess justified requests in exceptional cases, such as:

  • technical errors attributable to the ticketing platform,

  • duly accredited serious illness,

  • other duly justified exceptional circumstances.

Requests must be submitted to info@dantz.eu.

6.2. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article 103(l) of the Spanish General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, there is no right of withdrawal for the purchase of tickets for events with a specific date or period of performance.

7. CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT OF THE EVENT

In the event of cancellation or postponement:

  • The Organiser will inform attendees of the new date or refund procedure.

  • In the event of definitive cancellation, the ticket price, including management fees, will be refunded in accordance with applicable law and the policies of the sales platform.

Refunds will always be processed through the original purchase channel.

If the event is suspended once it has started due to force majeure, no refund shall be granted except in cases provided for by law.

8. RESALE

Unauthorised resale of tickets is strictly prohibited.

Resale is only permitted through official channels enabled by the relevant ticketing platform and always on a non-profit basis.

The Organiser reserves the right to invalidate any ticket resold outside such channels.

9. ACCESS FOR MINORS

As a general rule, Dantz events are intended for persons over 18 years of age, unless expressly stated otherwise.

For public or family-oriented events, minors may attend when accompanied by a responsible adult and subject to compliance with the conditions and documentation required.

Each event may establish specific conditions for access by minors, which will be communicated in advance.

Many Dantz events are held outdoors.

The Organiser shall not be liable for:
